Terms of Service

1. Service-Only Engagement Model: KiteTap operates strictly as an infrastructure engineering consultancy. Clients purchase all domains, Google Workspace/Microsoft 365 licenses, and VPS instances directly under their own corporate accounts and payment methods. KiteTap does not resell or mark up third-party licenses.

2. Client Direct Asset Ownership: 100% of provisioned infrastructure (DNS zones, cloud nodes, private encryption keys, mailbox tenants) belongs exclusively to the client. Upon sprint completion, all root credentials and private keys are handed over via encrypted 1Password vaults, and KiteTap retains zero administrative backdoors.

3. No Guarantee of Dynamic ISP Algorithms: Deliverability engineering is an optimization of technical probability. Because mailbox providers (including Google LLC, Microsoft Corporation, and Yahoo Inc.) alter spam filtering heuristics autonomously, KiteTap expressly disclaims any warranty of perpetual 100% inbox placement. We guarantee cryptographic adherence to standard RFC protocols (RFC 7208 SPF, RFC 6376 DKIM, RFC 7489 DMARC) and sub-1% baseline bounce routing.

4. Acceptable Outbound Standards: Clients agree to utilize provisioned infrastructure exclusively for lawful B2B communications aligned with India's DPDP Act 2023, EU GDPR Article 6(1)(f), and the US CAN-SPAM Act. Sending phishing content, malware, illicit financial schemes, or non-verified mass-consumer lists constitutes immediate termination of support without refund.

5. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the substantive laws of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Bengaluru.
